I visited this dentist for a routine check up, upon examination I was told I needed 8 fillings quite urgently costing £1500+ as a private patient. I decided to get a second opinion from an NHS dentist as I was having no obvious problems. I was told by the NHS dentist in reality I only needed one old filling to be replaced costing £45 through the NHS. Be aware of what treatment the dentists here are prescribing and get a second opinion if they seem extreme.

Receptionists are friendly. Dentist was very professional and caring. Nurse was very nice and helpful. I had an extremely good experience in curing my dental problems.

Unfair over charge and mediocre treatment. I tried to call many times to cancel my appointment, but I could not get hold of anyone, so I left two voice messages. Next day I was told I am overcharged, and they denied that they ever received the voice messages which I have a record of. I had to ask the dentist to check over the same tooth at least three or four times as I was having a pain and he kept on telling me all looks normal.

Receptionist is extremely rude with non existent listening skills and a very uncaring nature. Don't bother raising a complaint to the Practice manager as you aren't likely to receive even an acknowledgement.

One person there made my day after struggling to get an appt. They went out of their way to speak to dentist and then contact me. Experience was friendly, efficient and well run.

I have always feared the dentist in the past, and my mind was put at ease instantly when I met my new dentist for a check up. He made me feel at ease, was considerate, no judgment at all and gave me great advice. Happy patient!
