Visiting this practice is a pleasure. They treat me with respect and friendlyness. I have my procedure explained to me in non jargon and the results are always first class

I have always found the service at this practice to be good. Today was no exception. The dentist always explains in detail if I have a question. The staff are also friendly.

Filled a big filling brilliantly and gave sound advice for maintenance of teeth. Friendly and down to earth consultation. Reception staff helpful and efficient. Will always use them despite living 30 miles away.

All the staff are courteous and helpful and explain everything fully. They have always gone out of their way to meet the needs of myself and my family.

They provide a professional and friendly service. The practice is very clean and hygienic. Great atmosphere and staff put you at ease.

as an anxious patient i never enjoy coming to the dentist but this practice has changed that! from start to finish i can not fault them the receptionist is amazing, chatty and always smiling even though she's very busy. The dentist and nurse worked great together, they put me at ease straight away, explained everything step by step and ensured i was comfortable throughout the appointment. Afterwards i booked my next six monthly exam at ease again with a smiling receptionist! thank you all at team eccles :)

Been at this dentist for a long time and have never missed an appointment. Then recently had an appointment which i was gonna attend after work but couldn't leave work to go to the appointment as planned as we was realy busy and understaffed. So rang them up to explain the situation and was told I would be taken off the list if I didnt turn up. Like I could just walk out of work. I found it ridiculous as it was out of my control and I let them know ASAP. Obviously just looking for any excuse to get rid of patients.

Good Morning Thank you for your comments and for taking the time to leave them and we are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our practice. We are afraid that this is common practice. After a certain length of time a patient’s registration expires and the dentist is no longer obliged to see that patient. Due to the waiting list for NHS dentists being extremely long in some areas it is only fair that a practice can register a new patient when possible and this also applies to patients who cancel or fail to attend numerous appointments. We do hope that you have managed to register at another practice but should you not have been able to do so if you go onto the NHS Choices website and 'search for a dentist' and enter your postcode it will show you the practices in your area that are currently taking on new patients.
