I am extremely happy with the service provided, thank you! My dentist is professional, approachable and clearly an expert - he has been wonderful with my two sons and with me, always explaining the options and offering dental support of the highest standard! The hygienist is also fantastic and has recently averted gum issues with good advice and support. Thank you to the whole team!

If I could give them a 0, I would! But Google does not provide such an opportunity. And now, in order. I have a hole in my tooth. I came to the reception and said that a specific tooth was bothering me and that I needed to fill the hole. They took a deposit of 60 pounds from me, told me to look at the price list and that was it! I looked at the prices for dental fillings, took a photo and left. A week later I came for a meeting, the doctor asked what exactly was bothering me. I explained where the problem was and immediately warned that if something costs money, he should talk about it before doing it. He said okay and offered to do an x-ray of the tooth. After the X-ray, he began to explain why it was advisable to remove the entire filling and said that it would cost 290 pounds! I said okay, let's do it. To which I received the answer that they couldn’t do it today, but today I still need to pay 30 pounds in addition to the 60 pounds of the deposit. A total of 90 pounds! To my question why 90 pounds was paid, he answered for the examination, and to the question why no one warned me, he replied that he just works here and he did not make an appointment for me. Okay, I went down to the reception and asked all the same questions, except sorry, I heard nothing else. Those. I paid 90 pounds, which is a whole day of work for me, for the doctor to take an x-ray and tell me the amount that I will have to pay at the next appointment. Then it's better! I wrote to my email and asked where I could leave a review, the manager called me back and tried to explain that this is their policy and that no one should explain anything to me, neither the receptionist nor the doctor! I tried to say that if I go into a store, I would like to see the price and product and have the freedom to choose whether to buy or not.

Support me as an NHS patient. Good communication: Reminders to book annual check-up & reminders prior to visit. Friendly dentist & staff. Dental check-up and advice always seems detailed and appropriate. Environment, waiting room etc pleasant.

Very happy with my experience today. I was greeted on time and the dentist was friendly, thorough and efficient and explained exactly what she was doing and why. I would be happy to recommend her. Thank you

Reception staff friendly and welcoming. Was seen promptly by my dentist. She is always kind and thorough, and I trust her care. She was checking the fit of a new dental guard, explaining how / when to use it and how to look after it.

Efficient service provided in all aspects including both online appointments and reminders, surgery facilities and the actual treatment. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Very efficient booking desk with friendly receptionists. Very professional dentists who have looked after my teeth for many years, including dentures and removal of teeth. Also the hygienists are very thorough and knowledgeable with useful tips for keeping my teeth clean. We are very lucky to have such a well organised practice, which is not that expensive considering the costs they have. My wife also come here and echoes my thoughts as she has also been here for many years.

I just had a gingivectomy and decay under the gum fixed. Fingers crossed it doesn't get worse. The treatment was very professional. As context, a separate gum specialist had spotted the decay during another intervention in late March which needed time to heal (that also went well and it is now fixed). I am only slightly bothered by the fact that I had to chase the practice in September to follow up on the decay issue as the gum specialist had left a note about the problem on my file and I expected the practice to reach out to book me in at some stage, but I suppose it was my responsibility to chase it up after all. Am used to the French system where I would have been immediately booked in as soon as the issue had been spotted. So this is a criticism of the system

Efficient, prompt and patient-friendly routine check and follow-up treatment. Receptionist was courteous and helpful. Dentist explained result of check-up and treatment needed. Excellent.

Friendly happy and always welcoming to myself and all my family. Staff are always welcoming and ready to help.. calm safe environment for my young children and they have no fear of seeing the dentist now. From the general manager to staff to the dentists I’d highly recommend this practice
