Nothing. Being forced to go private. Service and attitude of people behind reception. Rude and disrespectful when asking questions. As more expensive to be DD than pay as you go. Prices can rise every 6 months. Dentist just looked at teeth for a couple of minutes. Not worth £68+ For no service. Will now look to see what other dentist can offer. If have to be private.

If you have teeth, come here. If you don't have teeth, come here. Quick, efficient service carried out by charming ladies. Thorough and informative staff.

The process of the procedure was very good. While the procedure was good, i went in 15 min's late. Yes, i can expect delays but also being told about delays by staff is vital, for all concerned.

The Dentist lady was absolutely brilliant with my children, especially my youngest as she has ADHD the Dentist lady had amazing patience, and a good manner with her brilliant experience

Was so relieved to learn that a new dentist had joined the practice, and that she had a small NHS contract. I was able to see her under the NHS. She was very thorough, and warned me what could go wrong . Fortunately the experience was good, and the outcome was excellent. I had no problems after the extraction the socket was fine.

The nhs dentition was absolutely professional and courteous throughout my appointment she did not make me feel stupid for not maintaining regular patterns but explained in a way that was respectful to myself that I may need to apply more effort in future. She is a very lovely addition to the team

All of the staff - reception, nurses and dentist, were calm, friendly and efficient. A very relaxed and reassuring atmosphere.

They changed from NHS to private and insist you make payment before treatment. I had an abscess and had to wait over 3 weeks for an appointment and had to pay £137 up front. Dentist asked which tooth was the problem even though he took xray and said as he couldn't tell he refused to do treatment. This did not give me any faith in the practice so have changed dentist. I asked for a refund of payment left on account and 2 weeks later told it will be another week. Was never offered the overpayment I had to request it even though they knew I'm leaving. I would avoid this place at all costs.

The staff in the practice were really helpful, there are only 2 dentists working there and appointments are limited. Not the practice fault but no NHS dentists! I did feel that the reception staff and the dentist I saw are doing everything they can !
