    All my experiences with the dentist have been satisfactory however the reception staff are uninviting and never answer the phone

    I had a very disappointing experience with this dentist. The front of house staff are rude and unpleasant. They never answer the phone. The dental treatment I had - fillings and a crown - was sub standard - I had to get most of it redone by another dentist which was less painful and less expensive than the experience I had here. They missed emails from the lab that made my crown - 8 weeks after making the mould, and after I had enquired twice, they realised the lab had emailed to say the mould wasn’t correct and had missed the email. Then they took weeks and a number of phone calls to refund me. I also had to get one of the fillings redone 6 weeks after I had it put - as there was a gap left between to the tooth and the filling. There are much better dental practises in London.
