Late for child's appointment by 5 minutes (which is a 5 minute appointment) and was told was too late to be seen - fine, I'll rebook. Ringing to rebook and receptionist told us that we won't be seen again if we are late again to the next appointment as it's "wasting the dentist's time". Absolute joke, have some sympathy, people are late, children are potentially slow. No need to threaten us. We'll be looking for a different dentist as this isn't the first time the receptionists have been rude (either in person or over the phone).

The dentists are lovely and really a credit to their profession. Unfortunately, the dental centre's reception staff are rude and just make you feel really bad. Any question is given a brash answer followed by an eye roll and a giggle between receptionists. They should definitely be replaced by iPad receptionists where you just sign in through technology as rude staff like this just aren't necessary. I don't understand why these receptionists are working in their role if they have such bad attitudes - stick to a role that isn't front facing.

Refused an appointment and told to seek private treatment even though I was previously registered with them, they simply did not seem to care that I was in having dental issues that needed treatment. Absolutely horrendous in the way they seem to look for a way to get more money about of a vulnerable person.
