I used to be a patient here. Treatment was started before lockdown & halted because of it I rang after to fing they were only dealing with emergency cases & told to ring again in 6 mnths time, I did only to find that my dentist had left & was told I was still registered with them & to call back in another 6 month's time Had to ring sooner as needed an appointment, only to find that they'd struck me off without telling me off as hadn't been for ages, but it wasn't my fault I couldn't go Work hasn't been finished & other teeth have got bad because of their decision to not see me, but to make matters worse, they wouldn't see me as a 1 off emergency!

An extremely understanding, empathetic and caring team. I was welcomed into the practice by the friendly reception team who had gone above and beyond to provide me with an emergency appointment when I was in need. Dentist was great, explained everything to me so I understood exactly what treatment I required and supported by the dental nurse who was very friendly and put me at ease instantly. Once my appointment was complete the dentist escorted me back to the reception desk where I was introduced to the practice manager who was busy supporting the busy reception team. What a wonderful atmosphere created by a wonderful team! All in all this experience was as pleasant as it could of been!

This practice took on orthodontist NHS work for North Devon, once they took on the NHS contracts (I assume taking the money) the orthodontist disappeared back to Russia leaving all the North Devon kids without support mid treatment.

I had raging toothache and was offered an appointment for an extraction very promptly. We have been using this surgery for years and consider ourselves very fortunate
