The staff were incredibly kind when I arrived 25 minutes late for my appointment. They graciously accepted my excuse, provided me with time to settle my baby in a private room, and even helped me take my baby upstairs.

Polite, make you feel totally relaxed from the lovely receptionist to the dental nurses then to the dentists. I had four teeth extracted. Would recommend all day long.

When my 70 year old tooth came off its root into my mouth on 12 January 2024 my Edenfield Dental Practice in Rochdale referred me immediately to The Lodge Dental in Clayton who arranged for the root to be extracted on 6 February 2024. I couldn't have wished for a more friendly receptionist. Or a more caring dental surgeon. He, and his assistant, put me at my ease, explained the procedure and removed the root before I knew it had been extracted. Brilliant!

As someone with a fear of dentist, just stepping foot in the door to make an appointment was a big thing..but the receptionists greeted me with a smile and were so helpful! I explained the problem, left my number and went on my way, i had a call within an hour to say I could be seen that day! I was a nervous wreck when it came to my appointment but again I was greeted with a smile, the dentist and dental nurse who carried out my appointment were so friendly, understanding of my nervousness and reassuring.

I was referrerd here by my own dentist for a wisdom tooth extraction as the procedure required more specialist knowledge. From walking in the door staff were great and dentist explained what he was going to do, and his assistant, the aftercare, I was to follow. I felt at ease and the procedure itself was quick. I would highly recommend this practice!

I cannot recommend this service enough to everyone, brilliant dentists and brilliant staff, put you at ease and make you a priority from the start of your appointment to the end. Amazing service.

I came in referred to have a wisdom tooth out , I was seen so quickly and the two wonderful dentists who assisted me , had me in and out within 5 minutes, talked me through everything ,made me feel at ease , and made me feel so comfortable, I am honestly so grateful for how wonderful they both was and how professional , would most definitely recommend as a great dentist 10/10 , couldn't be any happier

Having a Phobia of Dental treatment the dentist here put my nerves at ease at my consultation appointment, I had two extractions that needed doing on the left side at the back and my nerves were shuck but they gave me something to relax me and the next thing I remember is being told it's all done, I didn't feel anything and I can't be more happy with that and with the professionalism of the whole Dental Practice from the very polite receptionist to the dentist and dental nurse, I only wish I were one of their NHS patients but unfortunately I were referred to them as a emergency appointment which is a real shame as I'm right on their doorstep but regardless of that absolutely fantastic Dentist.
