    I am petrified of dentists. But since going here I’m a lot better. I get a bit anxious. I have had a lot done from fillings to tooth removal. And I have never had a problem with the treatment or after. The dentist understands how I am and is amazing.

    I recently booked an appointment with this dental practice and I had an appointment at 02 pm, which I indeed reached time before but unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I had to rush back and returned to the practice at exactly 2:12 pm. To which I was told by the receptionist respectively that I am very late and the doctor will not see me and further more will not give me any later appointment. I was really surprised at this behaviour and just left the place quietly with a thank you. So I highly don’t recommend this dental practice to anyone. Thank you

    Dear Reshma, thank you for you review and sorry to learn of your disappointment. Our practice policy is if a new patient fails, or is quite late to, their first appointment, we will not see them again.
