The hygienist was friendly and professional and whilst a hygienist appointment is never enjoyable she made it as painless as possible which was appreciated. Her assistant was also friendly and professional

Such a nice dentist, alays telling you what he is doing, this really helps for someone who has a fear of dentist. Couldn't recommed enough...

I phoned them to query something and they got back to me straight away after speaking to the dentist. Very good service.

The 2 girls on reception weren’t very welcoming at all, felt like it was a chore for them to speak to customers. The actual dentist was very nice and professional. Appointment was on time too which was great.

I have not been to the dentist for a long time and was very anxious and apprehensive . I was in a lot of pain so went tonight. The dentist and her assistant were so understanding and supportive. They really took time to make sure I was relaxed, and talked me through the whole process. The procedure was painless. Several times I was asked if I was OK. This really has relaxed me about going to the dentist again. I would really recommend this practice .

I went for my 6 monthly check up and as usual I was treated very well I had a problem with my pallet, from which a small amount was removed which made it more comfortable but if it was not correct to return for a little more to be removed.

Allowing an 84 year old woman to have an appointment when she hadnt been for over 2 years and she wasnt reminded because she didnt have internet service
