   Receptionist just chats away on her mobile phone whilst I stood there to alert her that I’d arrived for my appointment. After around 4 minutes of listening to her chit chat with her friend or family. I was acknowledged. I then had to wait for a further 22 minutes to be seen by the dentist, please bear in mind that I was on time for my appointment. I am aware that sometimes appointments can run late but 22 minutes is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional.

   Thank you for taking the time to write this review I am sorry that you had a bad experience at the Oldham We have spoken to the staff member involved and hopefully this situation will not arise again .
