I’m perplexed as to why the card machine is frequently out of use and why patients on the care plan seem not to be able to access the original price of treatment or what it is with the 10% care plan discount. No explanation of what you’re getting. Everyone is watching their cash but people don’t mind paying if they know what for! Everyone at this practice needs to be more approachable about patients treatments and cost’s whether NHS or private ot patient plan.

I’m very happy with the treatments I’ve had over many years at this practice. Routine NHS treatment, more complex private treatment and dental implants have all been successful.

I am a patient at the surgery but I took my two young children there today for their checkups. The surgery is well maintained and clean. The reception staff are helpful. The dentist and her assistant were very good with the children today and they left having had a good experience. Overall very impressive. Well done and thank you.
