Rushed, contradictory and feel like i was badly advised. Just taken my money without dental treatment and given antibiotics; which could have been prescribed by any NHS body. Waste of a trip, money and time. On the phone they could have said we do not extract teeth if your gums are in the slightest bit swollen. Mine being next to nothing! So cannot use their anesthetics apparently. To be frank the affected tooth looks like this for the past 2 years. Very disappointed.

The dentist was fantastic! She really made me feel at ease and I’ve never been more comfortable being sat in that chair than ever before!

Payed £25 for a check up and was in the room for 3 minutes after waiting 15 minutes because the dentist was behind. She didn’t bother to clean my teeth just looked at them and said that they’re okay. Clearly she rushed my appointment because she was running behind

The friendliness of the reception staff. The bright welcoming waiting room. The reassurance and proficiency of the Dentist and Dental Assistant

Arrived 5 mins before my appointment at 2pm. Was left waiting until 19 mins past 2 and when I enquired was told the hygienist hadnt been informed by the receptionist that I had arrived. Only 10mins of my allocated time left. Unable to complete treatment and I now have to return again for another appointment in 2 months time. Not a very good advert for the practice. Do receptionists not folliw up on why patients are waiting so long to be seen. This could have been avoided.

The receptionist and the hygenist gave me different information about my treatment. The information board in reception saud the same as the receptionist said, but the hygenist disagree. I asked for stain removal and then the machine wasn't working, so i couldn't have it. Trying to make my next appointment took 10 minutes and I was asked for further payment when I had just paid.

Dentist and nurse very officiant and friendly , asked lots of questions and gave good advice and tips to keep my teeth healthy. Receptionist abrupt and not willing to be helpful when arranging daughters appointment, not willing to compromise at first when I gave other options and suggested another dentist but later said ‘will do as a one off !’ When she couldn’t give me any other options.

Very friendly dentist, explained everything she was going to do, and didn’t try to pressure me into non essential work.

Friendlyness off all staff from reception staff to dental nurse and he dentist . Dentist explained my options and let me decide the next steps. Unfortunately, I needed an extraction which was executed perfectly. I felt no pain at all and the dentist was very reassuring.
