I was particularly impressed with the friendly and welcoming way i was greeted by the receptionist and health care professionals. This is important as i felt at ease. Also, my treatment was explained and i felt my dentist did a very good job with very little discomfort.

My appointment is on 12 0’clock but I waited half hours why doctor check me after 30 minutes if I late 5minte you tell me you missed the appointment every time doctors check me too late

I had a extraction done I was nervous the lovely locom dentist and assistant was so lovely and caring, calming so happy its out usually I would be sedated. Many thanks again glad its out i was suffering so much. Thank you ?

Staff were very professional and friendly.. the dentist knew im anxious about the dentist and he always ensured i was ok throughout the procedure.

I am absolutely gutted as my appointment was at 11.15 i wated 30 minutes still wasn't seen so i had to re arrange as i had to attend my son's appointment so i wasn't seen at all.

The receptionist was friendly. My appointment was at 9:15 and was seen ten minutes later. I mention this because I’m a contractor so if I’m later than I mentioned I will lose money. The dentist was friendly but I’m not a great patient (I’m not a fan of dental hygiene) and if the dentist had a better bedside manner I’d of been ok. On the whole not too bad.
