Have had many appointments here and have always been sorted out however theyre timekeeping skills leave much to be desired. If your taking time off from work add on an extra 30 mins for the wait as they clearly can't cope with the number of patients booked

I was given an emergency appointment 40 minutes after calling. The dentist and nurses were calm, reassuring and kind. The options for treatment and associated risks were clearly explained and I had the opportunity to ask questions. Treatment given in calm and reassuring way. Just excellent; thank you team and thank you NHS.

Unfortunately, I am no longer registered with a dental surgery so was at a loss when suffering pain in one of my molars. Access clinic gave me an appointment and I was able to get emergency care and a filing which removed the pain. Extremely grateful in the current shambles the counbtry is in regards to public funding to still have such clinics. Lifesavers on occasion I am sure. Thanks to all.

Emergency dental treatment for abscess. Helpful, well organized and professional receptionist. Totally amazing professional dentist, caring and extremely knowledgeable and so lovely. Can't thank you enough at a time when I was feeling so ill and tearful.

Faultless - staff helpful, friendly, caring and efficient. I was phoned the day after a nasty little extraction job to check if I was OK!

The receptionist was lovely when I telephoned and the same when I arrived so helpful. The dentist and his nurse put me at my ease immediately I explained how nervous I was it was brilliant
