Having been terrified of visiting a dentist,Kingswater was recommended, from walking in the door you are treated like a friend the receptionists are very warm an welcoming. The dentist lady is amazing an gentle and very calm.

I am delighted to have this opportunity to express my sincere thanks and great appreciation for the excellent care, attention and treatment I have received, over several years, from the Kingswater Dental Practice. Today's experience was exactly the same. I was warmly welcomed and made to feel reassured as the programme of treatment and the procedures that would be followed were explained. The peaceful and very professional environment, together with the kindness shown by all members of staff in any capacity, have been greatly appreciated. I would like to thank and congratulate all members of staff on the way in which the practice is managed.

I was very nervous about coming to the dentist as I’ve had bad experiences in the past, but this dentist was incredible, from the staff to the treatment, I felt calm and very well looked after, I can’t speak highly enough of this dental practice!

This was my first time that I have been to Kingswater Dental practice for treatment and it has been a really pleasant experience from start to finish. I needed some quite complex dental work doing and I was quite nervous about what was going to have to be done in order to sort my teeth out. I was.ade to feel welcome and at ease from the moment I walked in. Everyone was very pleasant and that in my opinion is very important and just seems to settle you down right away. My treatment took quite a few visits to the dentist but I was explained to all the time about what was happening and why it had to be carried out like that and this explanation every visit also helped me with the whole experience. The appointments were also booked to suit my working hours which helped me a lot. I received text message reminders on the run up to my appointment, just in case there were any problems which I found helpful. I am extremely pleased with the final outcome of my visits to Kingswater Dental practice and would recommend them to anyone who needs to see a dentist and is a little bit nervous about it because you are kept up to speed with what is happening and you are greeted with a smile when you walk in.
