Had my treatment options explained clearly and was great with respect by my dentist … was also told honestly what may happen if my Root Canal treatment is unsuccessful…

The staff were very kind but I felt like I was annoying the dentist when I explained the local anaesthetic didn’t work and she then had to top it up. When I explained again that I could still feel everything, she carried on with the treatment anyway. She was very quick and efficient, but it was very very painful. I felt like she was short on time and that I was annoying her. I sincerely apologise if that wasn’t the case though. Otherwise, she was kind and I’m grateful to have been seen at short notice. I do appreciate her seeing and treating me so soon.

Nothing was too much trouble. I was looked after from start to finish and was informed of the process step by step. All the staff are so friendly/professional and made this quite a long process seem much quicker!.

I came today without having an appointment booked as it was an emergency because the filling I had done 2 weeks ago fell out. I was seen straight away and filling redone, for which I was very grateful.

Receptionist was very polite and gave clear instructions(filling forms online). Dentist and nurse helped solve my issue in a professional way.

Even though i didn't need to be seen, the dentist used this time to put my mind at rest due to my mental health being really bad and telling me all my teeth were going to fall out. She reassured me by checking my teeth and telling me that my mouth, gums and teeth were all healthy and i didn't need to worry about them. This helped to put my mind at ease
