I am a very anxious person who is terrified of the dentist. The dentist put me at ease and was very understanding of me being scared. I had my wisdom tooth taken out and I don’t think I could have done it without the support of the dentist I had. Amazing practice

Freindly practice never have to wait long great for kids feels very family orientated and always very understandable when it comes to rebook in an appointment..

The lady dentist is lovely and polite, she explains what treatment she is doing, she talks and treats her staff with respect, all the staff are fantastic, helpful and polite. The reception and treatment room are refreshing and clean. I took my mum for her treatment, she couldn't believe how nice all the the staff was. Marks out 10, it's definetly a 10

The lady dentist and staff were very good with me while having a tooth removed being a nervous patient

I was supposed to have 2 crowns fitted by one of the dentists at the practice however my appointment was cancelled twice at short notice by the practice because the dentist was ill, my teeth have been prepared ready for the fit of the crowns but they are refusing to fit my crowns because i was 5 minutes late for my appointment ,i got the time mixed up ,i tried to explain to them that it was a honest misunderstanding but they were not prepared to accommodate me at all the reception staff were extremely rude and abrupt and would not listen to my concerns, the teeth are now sensitive and causing pain but they would not listen and told me i could never be seen again. I have tried to call and left several messages for the practice manger to call me back but no one has contacted me. I feel the practice is highly un professional and are not fulfilling there duty of candour at all.

Need some extensive work due to existing crowns snapping off. My treatment went over 6 weeks 6 visits one per week. The dentist was remarkable at every stage she kept me informed of the treatments and nothing was to much trouble. Highly recommended thank you for my new smile x.
