I was told by my dentist I need to see a hygienist who's name is s.k female hygienist and so I paid to book this in, but the treatment was not what I expected I told her a little about my routine and she checked my mouth with a probe etc which hurt... Began cleaning / scaling my teeth which felt very rough as my gums were sore throughout the procedure I moaned a few times in pain and even moved my arms / hands to which she let me rest for few a seconds then continued! Seemed very rushed as my appointment was booked 2:45pm, but I didn't get called in until after 3pm after the cleaning I spat out blood and used mouth wash then she showed me inter dental brushes which were too big for my teeth, but she forced it in the gaps which caused more bleeding, I felt scared to ever go back to her!

This practice used to be absolutely fantastic, however, in recent years, this has changed dramatically. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Drake Dental. I have witnessed rude, unfriendly and nonprofessional staff and more recent, a high turn over of reception staff. This once very service is now mediocre at best.

I have been going nearly 12 Months and in that time I have been treated very well. I am please on the hours they are open because it shows they want to help. They are all very friendly and are a great Team.
