Very disappointed with the poor service. I booked off from work then had to wait for another hour although i arrived half an hour earlier before my last appointment. No apologies from their end for being late. Also, wrong schedules given to patients are a common here. I have been sent one today. When i contacted and requested to make a change as the schedule given to me was wrong i was denied and asked to look for another dentist. How rude and un professional behavior is that!! Needs immediate attention!!

Booked an appointment on Friday 15th September 2023 for Monday 18th September 2023 and have had to take the morning off for it and get my classes covered as I am a teacher. When I arrive the receptionist informs me that no appointment has been made and I will have to wait if I want an appointment. Appalling

I have been with this dental practice for 30+ years. The practice has had to change my regular dentist so I was a little apprehensive seeing a new dentist after being the same dentist for so long. All of my worries were not required at all! The new dentist is very good indeed, skilful, professional and has an excellent 'bed side manner' with his patients. I would happily recommend this dental practice as my experiences have been all good.

Very happy with the new management, staff are always extremely helpful recently. Can tell it’s under new management. I was going through a lot of difficulties with my dental claim, the lady on desk was very helpful. She got the manager involved, and the manager sorted everything out- she was very efficient and explained everything I need to do. I will definitely recommend this dentist to everyone!

So, we was there three times with my family for family dental registration. First day we been wait 1 hour and after that we got 1 token and said that to come next day with your I'd documents. Second day we been there and they made excuse to bring utilities bill and we able to show them by phone but they said to bring original one. It was heavily raining and my wife completely wet with my 1 year daughter and able to bring all documents they want but they refused us and said too late come next day. My wife requested several times but they completely ignored us and said to come next day. Third day we went again and from the beginning all receptionist made argue with us because they haven't maintain the que. I said them when we enter the place we was second person but still they said we need to wait. No justification and their behave is like president or they live in outer world. After that they said that to give them my family name and date of birth and they will put us on longer que of resignation. I asked why, they said it's fully booked and we can't do anything. My question if they can't do it whey they continuously rotate us without any reason and those receptionist need to fired from job because customer service can't goes like this. They need to treat all patient equally. My review will be minus like completely zero for them. I am really struggling for this dental registration for my family. Last 2.5 years I been many places but all places was full. But there behave was good not been treated like them. So arrogant.

Been to four appointments made Sat for over an hour after my appointment time to be told by the dentist he is running behind not once but in three occasions simply because I had to return to work then they want to tell me because they are behind and we had to rearrange this dentist wants to tell me know that I am going’s to taken of his patients list I would not send my worst enemy to these people they have no people skills

After I presented with pain that I'd experienced throughout the weekend, a very busy Dr Hasan still took time to discuss treatment options with me and agreeing a plan. He then provided urgent filling treatment for me in between other patient appointments. Dr Hasan is an excellent, collaborative practitioner, with a great support nurse and receptionist staff.

I phoned to arrange an appointment for my son who hasn’t been to the dentist since the pandemic, I was told by the receptionist that he had been taken off the list because he hasn’t been seen in over two years. I asked where it the letter saying this, apparently they don’t send out reminders anymore! But would like to know how can you have seen a dentist during the pandemic!? And he should not of been taken off the list. The receptionist said I could write a letter and complain I will be doing that because it’s not on at all, it’s shocking. I was a key worker during this pandemic I had to go to work I will not be leaving this I will be complaining and going higher with this. You have to inform people if u intend to strike people off your list because people had no choice.

The dental hygienist was great, took her time to explain everything. They were running slightly late which can happen in a busy clinic but I didn't feel rushed despite this! An amazing experience!

At this practice you are not listened to and the receptionist are very I’ll mannered,I had an appointment for a Monday morning and was not well all day and night so I phoned up the Monday morning to let them know because they say if you are unwell or showing an sign of covid to call them the person on the phone told me it is going to be a late cancellation so I asked your not open on a Sunday so when should I have called , and also for the time I have been there I have been asking them to look at an issue and i just get an excuse and next time we look at it , your appointment is never as they say you can be waiting up to 50mins after your appointment time so wouldn’t recommend it to my enemy sorry
