I attended the practice earlier this month, I was initially told the waiting list was 12 months but was contacted a lot sooner. After years of dental anxiety I can honestly say this was by far the best experience I've had. The reception staff are helpful and understanding. The dentist I seen explained all the treatment to me and made sure any questions I had were answered before leaving my appointment. I didn't have to wait too long for my next appointment for my treatment. Would definitely recommend this dental practice

joined the waiting list a few months ago after being told it was a 12 month wait (wasn't a problem as no were is taking on) and got a call and was booked in! staff were fantastic and the dentist was amazing! honestly thank you all are great

Emergency treatment. I have tried several times getting emergency treatment. It is nearly impossible to get an emergency appointment, when you explain your situation and symptoms to the staff, they are not interested at all, stating “ it is a triage system”, they will not give you an appointment or any details or information on support. One one occasion the dentist was more interested in trying to get me to go as a private patient with him.

cant thank the staff here enough! got me in last min as i had cracked my veneers and got express service from the dentists and his nurse are both miracle workers! reception got me in and fixed me up with a temp until friday so again thank you guys all brilliant

I’ve been with this dentist for years but my dentist has now left so I was moved to another dentist who was great Receptionist is lovely sorted out my new appointments Really good service

Super friendly staff, the reception staff where great and the dentist was great, explained everything in detail and was really nice. would recommend this dentist.

rang to join the dentists a few months back and informed me to register online and someone rang me back and i was able to get booked in for a check up and a clean didnt need anything else but made up i was able to get in even tho i had to wait it wasnt to bad so family are on the waiting list atm thanks

I’m really scared of the dentist and haven’t been for a long time I called 111 and was referred here the same day I explained how nervous I was to reception and they were lovely putting me at ease The dentist was amazing and had the patience of a saint with me I’ve now registered with this practice

No issues at all with the service and treatment I received in this practice My Dentist and nurse were both lovely The reception team were very helpful I even managed to book my partner an appointment after him not having a dentist since before covid
