Everyone was very kind, helpful and polite. The clinical rooms and operating theatre were spotlessly clean and well laid out.

Visited for my pre op assessment and was extremely satisfied with the excellent service provided. All members of staff were courteous and friendly and gave full explanation of procedures.

All staff are polite professional and caring. Procedure was explained very well to me. Once my new lens was inserted both I and my partner were offered a hot drink and biscuit. My on going care at home was explained in detail.i would highly recommend Newmefica to anyone.

From initial assessment to getting an appointment -quite quickly I thought-I was treated with kindness ,care and efficiency . Everyone was helpful, friendly and communicative .. they do this,day in day out but I felt as if I was the only patient that day . A really great set up and if you’re having any qualms about cataract surgery ,please don’t . These people will take good care of you ! And it is so lovely to see clearly again ! Thank you .

Ample car park,everywhere clean,comfy chairs,tv on wall,free coffee & free wi-fi.all members of staff helpful & knowledgeable all the way through pre-op to post-op.op itself was a breeze,called 24 hrs later to check all ok,cannot fault or praise the staff enough,thank you all.

I had surgery on january 15th, I am so please with the service that I got from the staff and doctor, 5/5 service for cleanliness, attentiveness, and politeness. I would definitely recommend the clinic to others. I was looked after very much and felt at ease at all times.
