Being disabled i found it easy to park, just outside the door in fact. The building was easy to access as well. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and appt was over and done in 1 hour. No hanging about. Would defo reccomend.

Was kept fully informed of what was happening and the result of operation. All staff very professional and polite. Would have no hesitation if I required operation on other eye.

Dealt with in a friendly efficient manner for this appointment. (Had Assassment cancelled twice previous to this) Tests and Consultation explained well. Felt confident in Outcome.

Excellent practice, bright and cheerful surroundings with helpful friendly staff I would recommend Newmedica to friends and family.

My appointment was punctual, all the personnel I met were polite and caring. Every procedure was explained clearly and the summary at the conclusion was clear and reassuring.

I had my operation at the Aspen, they were thorough, caring and informative at all times. Also Impressed with the call the following day to check everything was ok. I had my pre op and post op in Swindon, and was very impressed with the care there

I have nothing but praise for all the staff at Newmedica.They were all kind,helpful and put me at ease.The doctors were great and the follow after the operation was second to none .I highly recommend them all.I can now see without my glasses which I have worn for 65 years amazing

I was treated politely and with care during and after the procedure. However, the post operative eye drops were insufficient to last three weeks. The discharge summary sent to my GP did not include the name of the drops for me to apply. The nurse at my GP tried contacting the surgery without success. I tried calling the surgery and was on the phone from 10:30am to 10:50am with no response. It is almost 3 weeks since my surgery and I have fun out of my eye drops.

From being referred to Newmedica to having surgery for a cataract it took just 4 months. Although the thought of surgery was daunting I have nothing but praise and gratitude for the whole Newmedica experience from beginning to end. The care shown and given has been second to none and should I need further surgery or eye care I will not look anywhere other than Newmedica Gloucester Aspen. Although it has only been a few days since my surgery the difference is amazing and improving daily. Thank you all so very much

Having already had cataract surgery before i knew what to expect.The service here was very friendly and reassuring as well as being very slick. All the staff were excellent 10 out of 10 from me!! Jamie Kent
