Angry and very disappointed at my treatment during my last appointment at Sinclair house in Doncaster with the only person who could have rewarded me with the agreement I had in place with the previous god who controlled my treatment plan. I stuck to my end of the deal and worked so hard to reach my goal before the summer months started, only for my hopes and dreams to be crushed in an instant due to seeing a different person who had control over me and my treatment plan…. Neither myself or my key worker weren’t listened to, nor were the agreement I had with my last person who controlled my plan and who had the final say in which I had been working towards and completed. This is so wrong and I feel victimised and I now feel everything I have tried to do and worked so hard towards have just come crashing down with a vengeance, and I feel so worthless right now I don’t know what will happen now because I really don’t think those who have the power to reward us in way of moving forward for doing the tasks agreed to, don’t really want us to succeed otherwise things which I have experienced would certainly not happen, and didn’t happen 10-15 years ago I am disgusted with the whole set up in Doncaster. My key worker is the only person who has helped me so far and key workers are the ones working most closely with us and know us the best, yet those above them do not even work with the key workers and they don’t listen to their views or comments regarding best outcomes or scenarios to help us the patients. It has become a joke and I don’t know where to go from here as I am left feeling all the hard work put in as just been a waste of time and has been for nowt.

This service is absolutely shocking. The service should be ashamed with their selves and how they deal with service users. Left the service user feeling very disheartened and made him 10x worse than before he started using the service.

Dreadful experience constantly chasing support whilst the service user becomes extremely unwell. Begged the key worker for help to no avail. Got a phone call to say blood work is concerning which caused more panic just asked to return the following week for more blood work doing 2 months on no support plan put in place. Leaving the service user feeling completely defeated.

My daughter looks deathly. I will be holding this practice fully responsible. Weekly visits are in vain .Reading reviews are very worrying. I can give various examples of what is actually happening at this practice. But I will give this to the relevant authorities. NHS governing bodies need to get involved urgently. Lives are at risk in this establishment. My 1st port of call will be my local mp who can advise .
