Awful hospital, even if you walk in and the board says a 2/3 hour wait time you can guarantee you will still be there in 5/6 hours waiting to be seen! They obviously need either more staff or another hospital it's ridiculous how long you are made to wait while in crippling pain

  2. Review titled Appalling service

A&E service was very good, helpful staff and quick timing to go to X-ray. Waited at A&E for 2 hours and realised we were in the wrong waiting are so went to UCC waiting room, which was appalling, staff were unhelpful and rude, patients were sitting on the floor as there were too many people in the waiting room. When patients tried to ask how long it would be until they would seen, consultants said “I can’t tell you, you just have to wait”! What a terrible service this is!!!

  3. Review titled Poor healthcare

My husband came into the UCC as per requested from A&E due to his left arm/elbow causing him to be in excruciating pain. They left him waiting up there for over 3 hours. I kept asking how long the doctor will be and they just kept fobbing me off. I kept telling them that my husband needs to be seen urgently as he’s in and out of consciousness and can barely move at all. It’s so disgusting how you can treat your patients like this. I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming up to this hospital even if it was the last place on earth!
