    I initially went to A&E department, which then booked me in to GP hub. Absolutely awful experience. Unpleasant and unwilling to help staff. When I was finally seen, I was simply told that I'm wasting my time as they can't do anything to help me and I need to contact my GP. I just received a 'discharge letter' which says that I was happy with the outcome which i'm absolutely not! No treatment or advise was given to me! I wasn't advised to go to A&E as it states in the letter. This discharge is full of lies! My appointment lasted for 1 minute and I left in pure disbelief as I couldn't believe this is how patients are being treated. I would never recommend going there, you might as well stay home and the outcome will be the same - not existing. Pure nightmare!

    I missed my call back in the morning which they left voicemail they said they will call back in 10-15 minutes which didn't happen. I get call back just now saying no further appointments for today even those I've had throbbing headache since Thursday to ring 111 or pain gets worse to go A and E. Thanks GP Croydon hub.

    The GP Hubs are in place to provide care for patients with conditions requiring urgent, same-day care. Yesterday saw huge demand across the whole healthcare sector and we provided 198 appointments across our 3 GP Hubs. I am sorry that we were unable to offer you a convenient appointment on this occasion. NHS111 have access to bookable appointments across many services, including your GP surgery and the GP hubs, hence we advise contact via NHS111 in the first instance.     Thank you to the GP on duty on Monday morning 10/10/22. Consultation was thorough and the doctor was caring and one of the best GP’s I’ve seen in a long time. I feel reassured knowing GP Hub Central Croydon is there for those times when I’m very ill and can’t get an appointment at my regular practice. Thanks also to NHS 111 Croydon.

    Was referred from my own practice and doctor was extremely rude, said if I had passed out again I might not wake up then took blood pressure and then checked ears and when inserting the ear scope thing she made my ear bleed and said I need to clean my ears. She then proceeded to say I look very unwell and told me to contact my own surgery to get bloods done. Still in pain and scratched inside ear to add to the issue she never even spoke about. Will never go back to the hub 😡

    My adult daughter was left alone sobbing at the door of the hub outside she had been advised she could go to the Hub and was treated with the utmost disdain and lack of care . She tried to secure an appt for later in the day because she had been unable to access 111 even the note on the outside of the hub states if you are unable to access 111 you can attend in person . Heartbreaking
