I wanted to write a quick note to thank you to all the staff that cared for Dad recently. We really do appreciate the efforts and professionalism that was shown and especially the caring nature he received. Moreover, the kind words and time given to Mum, H and myself when we were struggling with the situation. Many thanks again for the excellent caring nature that we all received and foremost for Dad.

I am a firefighter and last night we were called to assist the ambulance to gain entry at an incident involving one of your clients. I just wanted to raise how calm, professional and efficient your member of staff was throughout this incident. Your client was trapped behind the door until we were able to gain entry and move her. K clearly knew what she was doing and was able to take charge of the situation. As soon as she was able to get in, she had her client off the ground, in bed and all of her needs taken care of swiftly in order for the paramedics to do their jobs. From all of us, I'd just like to say thank you for the great work that you do in our community.

Thank you for the care you and your team provide to my mother. Of special mention is the extra care given by A on Friday when she visited during a second evening visit to check all was well, having found Mum in deep sleep on the first visit. Mum was particularly impressed about this extra care, seeing it as going above and beyond and mentioned it to me. We thought it might be appreciated by your hard-working team to know how much their care and attention mean and that going the extra mile is especially welcomed.

I'm very pleased with my morning carer, P, who is very good to me inasmuch as he is reliable, thoughtful and efficient in the way he looks after me in the washing and dressing routine.

Amazing staff who not only look after the patient but support the family as well. Nothing was too much trouble and even during the difficult times we felt supported. The staff are a credit and faultless. Thank you for all that you do and for your professionalism, humanity and exemplary care.

Thank you for all your kindness & support and for all you did for Dad. We would not have been able to look after him and give him the death he wanted without your help. If it is possible to have a good death, we think that is what he had. And thank you for your lovely card - we were all very touched by your words.

We were in desperate need of a night carer to allow us to get some sleep as we could not trust Mother to stay in bed. She was physically unable to stand and would collapse. None of the other care agencies could help us until we were put in touch with you. As well as providing night care at short notice, initially at our expense, you have since, at our request picked up the NHS Continuing Care Contract that now provides the ongoing care for my Mother. You were helpful and knowledgeable about the bureaucracy and how to go about it. Without exception, the quality, reliability, motivation and attitude of you and your staff have been beyond criticism. They are such pleasant, sympathetic and compassionate people and we actually look forward to their visits. Before having dealings with your company, we had heard horror stories about carers who are so stressed that they dash in, do everything at top speed and rush off leaving a feeling of despair behind them. That is so far from our experience with Unity thus far that I can only conclude that either the stories were gross exaggerations or Unity's practices and ethics are really a cut above the rest. I did in fact speak to one carer who said she had worked for other agencies but Unity was the best she had encountered. So once again, thank you!

Sorry it has taken me so long to express my appreciation, for the care you provided and your wonderful carers who attended R. Extra special thanks to staff. The last few weeks have been very stressful, now the funeral is over I have to get down to the business side of my loss.
