We went to Blue Crystal to provide live-in care for my father who has dementia and it was the best decision we ever made. Under the guidance of the Care Manager the carers provide everything he needs throughout the day, even providing regular exercise for him and now feel like part of the family. We were very nervous about taking the step to have live-in care and Blue Crystal made the transition easy and now we couldn’t be without them. I would recommend Blue Crystal to anyone thinking about taking the same big steps that we had to.

Following the sad loss of our mother in 2022 my father, who has dementia, required 24 hour live-in care. It was a difficult decision from an emotional perspective, however, from the moment the carer started any concerns we had were alleviated and the care provided has been brilliant. It was dad’s wish to remain in his own home and Blue Crystal has thankfully been able to facilitate this. We are very grateful for the high standard of support, respect and compassion provided to dad and our family. Thank you!

The care and attention the carers gave to my late father from Blue Crystal was amazing. I appreciated all the attention to detail, kindness and respect each carer gave at a very difficult and emotional time for the family. They always made my father feel very comfortable and attended to his every need. We will be forever grateful for the care from each carer and the support of the owners of the agency and would highly recommend to anyone.

I cannot speak highly enough of the work Blue Crystal Care does for my mother who sadly suffers with dementia. The love and attention together with the respect they show her is simply incredible . Every day they ensure my mum is kept physically and mentally active and this makes her so happy . The carers and management are great at keeping in contact with my family sharing feedback . I have full confidence in Blue Crystal Care and the work they are doing and could not wish for a better team to work with, they are all simply amazing and my family are so grateful to them .

My mum has been looked after Blue Crystal care from early 2023. Mum loved the carers and the manager and owner visits her regularly to check on her well being and for risk assessments. Mum had a fall in July and since then, it has been a down hill after a diagnosis of a brain Tumour. She passed away in late August. Blue crystal very quickly was able to offer a 24hrs care package when Mum was in hospital and at home during her last couple of weeks. They looks after Mum with love and passion and exceeded our expectation. They were there in the last few hours of mum passing away, arranging everything and taking the stress off the family. The whole team is so dedicated to this job and our whole family is so pleased that they supported us through this very daunting and challenging times. We strongly recommend them.

My mother is 90+ years old with multiple care needs. Blue Crystal Agency has been providing a team of kind and highly professional carers in the home for my mum for over a year now. The owner/manager is hands-on and highly professional in managing the team and dealing with issues as they arise, while also being proactive in making small changes to pre-empt and prevent issues form arising. Not only would I recommend this agency, I have already done so on several occasions.

Two days after being introduced by a friend, the owner and manager of Blue Crystal Care came to meet my family. She was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable, which put my mind at rest. The Carers are kind, attentive and trustworthy. They are also flexible and quick to adapt when dealing with ever changing situations. It is not easy to find good care these days, which is why my family and I feel blessed to have the support of Blue Crystal in such challenging times of our lives. The owner and manager continues to be available at all times to discuss, advice and support. Blue Crystal agency is a true gem.

We have nothing but praise and appreciation of how Blue Crystal and their management team have changed not only my parents' lives but also our lives as loving family members over the past 4 months since engaging them. Having been recommended by a work colleague and subsequently by a family friend and enquired with numerous other agencies, we had an easy decision to make mainly due to the thoroughness of the owner / manager who took genuine interest in our parents' wellbeing. They visited the family home on more than one occasion to assess our parents, basically an informal chat with the whole family making them feel really comfortable and asked them what they wanted out of their care rather than just what they actually needed due to their physical disabilities. We then had a lengthy discussion with the management about the type of live-in carer(s) would be suitable... and they most definitely came up trumps! My parents are delighted with the care they receive from the two carers who are on rotation, they are so very loving, friendly and efficient as well as proactive, basically enhancing our parents' lives with true friendship. We always find them polite, gentle and welcoming which is what we really like when we go to visit the family home, we can really rely on them. Our communication with the carers and management is second to none... we receive a daily report at the end of each day from the carer on duty and regular calls and visits from the management team. We can see that the relationship between management and carers is also excellent and one can see there is total respect between the two which is reassuring from our point of view. To say we are over the moon with Blue Crystal would be an understatement, we are ecstatic, so much so we have recommended them to family members as well as friends. A care agency with the personal touch... well equipped, trained and large enough to deal with any unforeseen circumstances but small enough to really care! Thank you Blue Crystal from management to carers from the bottom of our hearts... we are enternally grateful for what you are doing for our parents and us as a family! Keep up the wonderful work that you are all doing!!

Blue Crystal Care , were introduced to us on a personal recommendation to provide live in care for my elderly father. The care and support provided was absolutely fantastic and met all of our expectations. Blue Crystal clearly have a passion for what they do and provide far more than physical care of the client. They provide a holistic support package form physical care to interfacing with the medical professionals and using their significant experience to influence an overall care plan. Blue Crystal make recommendations to the family and remain completely visible and in contact at all times and work with the family as a seamless team. The Blue Crystal team work incredibly hard and are in daily contact with the individual carers and constantly monitoring the home position and speaking to the family to see if any tweaks to the care being provided are needed. The staff at Blue Crystal are hugely respectful of the proprietor which is a sign that they are well looked after and are happy. It is evident that Blue Crystal has high standards and expect all of the team to adopt these standards. Blue Crystal is able to provide care at short notice and are very flexible indeed in working to meet the family needs. I would highly recommend Blue Crystal to any person looking for care services . The team are true professionals, understand the needs of the family and then provide a flexible package to meet their client's needs. We count ourselves as very fortunate to have been introduced to Blue Crystal and cannot stress enough the professionalism shown by them throughout.
