    I visited the endoscopy department for a colonoscopy. The staff were professional yet friendly making my visit a more comfortable experience. They were short staffed with some still waiting for a break yet showed compassion for all patients. I was not rushed, I was reassured and given full explanation for my procedure. They supported each other showing they are a great team. I cannot thank them enough for all they do especially in such difficult times.
