This is regarding my wife who attended the Urgent Treatment Centre at Lincoln A&E due to a serious hand injury. The level of care and treatment was impressive. We particularly want to commend the Special Practioner in the Unit who took my wife through the whole process and whose professionalism and standard of care and treatment was outstanding. His role as a Special Practitioner is extremely valuable and should be replicated across the NHS. Many thanks.

Review titled Fantastic staff at 111

I had a cough and cold for 1 month,then Sunday I became very wheezy and slightly short of breath so I rang 111 after speaking to 3 lovely people. I was diagnosed with asthma. I was given steroids, ventolin, and antibiotics. Today I feel much better thanks to all the fantastic staff at 111.

I went to Louth care center yesterday and was seen in under 2 hours and I saw a Doctor who found the problem and gave me ear spray and antibiotics prescription the Dr was very kind and helpful .May I give a big thank you to all the staff at the care center Big .thank you

Attended urgent care with my little one who had a head injury. Only one person in the queue in front of me to get booked in. Taken through for assessment straight away. Allowed to stay in room to privately breastfeed while waiting for doctor. From booking in to leaving we were only just over an hour. That includes obs taken, seen by a doctor, injury glued and care leaflets given. All staff were polite and appeared good with kids. Was worried it would be an a&e injury, but so glad we checked with Louth first before travelling.
