    From the ambulance crew, through A & E to my stay inJohn Day Ward, including support from the Virtual Ward staff all the care I received was excellent. All the staff were friendly & professional. I cannot thank everyone enough.

    The Hospital is badly organised and needs to be better run. It has changed from treating patients to staff tapping things into laptops and trying to avoid doing anything that is going to cost money. It discharges patients knowing full well that they will be back, as they do not treat the underlying cause, but just patch patients up and send them home. Overall an absolutely terrible hospital.

    Found a number of nurses were rude, I’m shocked by their lack of empathy, if they hate their job that much then I think they should change their career,
