I had my Gall bladder removed and a stent inserted on 26/10/2023 at Oldham Royal Hospital. From the surgeons, consultants & all nursing staff, I experienced nothing but excellent care. There are so many people I would love to name due to their proficient & professional level of medical care. The food was excellent & the catering staff always helpful

I m still waiting that every hour they increase one hour of waiting and keep waiting and waiting and it’s more than 6 hours … come across with some patients who are waiting from 20:00h Staff is so rude , they dnt listen to u like to ask NHS if a patient came to hospital so how long should he / she need to wait to see by the Doctor …

Dear Imran Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are so sorry to hear about the poor experience you describe when your wife attended our A&E department, and we are disappointed to learn that you felt you experienced unreasonable delays and that our staff did not listen to your concerns and were rude. We value all comments as it helps us to continuously improve our service. We are committed to improving our patient experience and therefore we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. To allow us to investigate this further, can I ask that you contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS), on 0161 778 5665 or email them directly on pals@nca.nhs.uk with further details of when you attended, so we can escalate this further. Kindest regards The Patient Experience Team Northern Care Alliance

Came through urgent care at Rochdale infirmary and after some time was transferred to the clinical assessment unit at Rochdale where my husband was well looking after considering how ill he was. The staff are amazing and really helpful and spend every minute that the patient needs
