It was 5 star treatment from start to finish from the waiting room, operation to the aftercare team. There's an old saying "Nurses are angels without wings".

The nurse who dealt with my preparation for a CT scan yesterday 25 October was wonderful: infinite patience with my mobility problems, cheerful and kind at all times, explained the procedure clearly. Other members of staff were helpful and smiling. Altogether a comforting experience.

Although my operation does not appear to have been successful the nurses that looked after me whilst I was in there for 4 days were wonderful, so overworked and understaffed and yet fully committed to looking after all of the patients

Over the past few years, I've had a few too many hospital visits. I had to have surgery at Westmoreland Street as it was a specialist procedure my home hospital doesn't do. This hospital is outstanding. The staff are simply the most loveliest of people and the care they show is oh so genuine. I feel very lucky to have been cared for by them.
