Review titled Great staff but confusing & stressful with the results

I attended this clinic and the doctor and nurse were so lovely and reassuring. The doctor took the time to explain everything and were so compassionate and caring to my concerns and needs. I went for a full check up on the Wednesday and on the Friday I received an SMS to notify me that my Syphilis test was normal. This caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety, leading me to be concerned that one of my results was positive. I finally got a text the following Tuesday to notify me that all my tests were normal. Like why not just send the results all together? I wouldnt use this service again due to this. The staff are amazing at this place though. I wish I knew the doctors and the nurses name so I could thank them.

Rubbish! Stay away booked an appointment for 01:50pm, it is now 02:35pm and I have not been seen. Just an apology with no update why! Rubbish stay away!
