I went to Solihull hospital and I saw 2 lovely ladys who was checking an accident I had . Thank you so much for making me feel carm and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Thank you.

Almost like a social occasion. Less than 2 minute wait, greeted with genuine warmth and empathy and made comfortable. May invent an excuse just to visit again as it was so uplifting.

I was addmitted for surgery as planned on the 1.4.24 to ward 12. I was so cared for and looked after before and after surgery. All the staff were brilliant and i thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart. And my surgeon i thank you from the bottom of my heart for putting me back together again ❤️

Went in for gall bladder surgery, and I was worried as I didn’t know this hospital. From entering on the morning of my op, consultant, anaesthetists, nurses made me feel at ease. The nurses on Ward 12 were so good and caring, although they were kept very busy, their care was outstanding. I’d like to say how grateful I was for being looked after so well during my short stay there. Thankyou again for taking care of me.

Successfully through third and final procedure to leave four kidney stones behind in the small but lovely Solihull Hospital. Fabulously hard-working, professional, good-humoured staff on Esau, Ward 12, Anaesthetic room, Theatre 3 and Recovery. The patience, persistence & collaborative way of communicating of my surgeon were outstanding.

Thanks to the team in the Urgent Care Centre. I arrived with an injury and was seen promptly, checked by another professional, sent to x-ray and diagnosed within an hour. Everyone was kind, caring and efficient. A wonderful service and I really appreciated the care I received. Thank-you!

I had prostate surgery and then went to Ward 12 overnight to recover. From beginning to end, I could not have received better care. The surgeon and nursing staff were excellent.

I attended on 21-02-2024 at the SEAU department and all the staff that I encountered were caring, helpful,informative and professional which made my operation and stay less daunting. My thanks to all for a wonderful service

Took my son to the urgent treatment centre today after hurting his foot playing football. The care was outstanding and so thorough. The communication between departments (xray) was flawless and we were seen in no time. This is our first experience with the emergency centre and all the staff were amazing. I'm so grateful for our NHS ❤️ Thank you

Yesterday 23rd Feb I received treatment for a facial injury. I must say that the help which I received was fantastic and I found all staff and nurses very friendly an helpful.
