I had a GP appointment and the doctor I saw really listened and understood. She was so friendly, caring and professional. In over 10 years with this practice I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience. The receptionists are great too

Got appointment on the app first time doing it. I saw an associate who was really helpful and explained everything. A doctor then came to help with the medication. Very helpful and kind. Couldn't of had better help and reassurance

Lovely GP.listened carefully & examined me. Arranged immediate x-rays which I had done at the hospital the same morning * blood tests arranged for Tuesday evening You asked if i got through my telephone but this practice lets you send a message about needing an appointment& why. They phoned me the same day to arrange an appointment. .

My experience today was of the highest calibre. The Doctor, having carried out numerous tests with great efficiency, requesting urgent responses from third parties, critically analysed all the information to hand and prescribed, for want of a better word, the way forward. Additionally, the Doctor then put in place a structured plan in order to attend the matter in hand. Furthermore, the Doctors personal and communication skills are second to none.

I got an appointment as required. Reception staff was courteous and polite. Nurse practitioner was very professional. She explained me everything very clearly. I had overall great experience

I saw a nurse who I struggled to understand, when I looked on her review, she couldnt make up her mind whether I was male or female, she was treating my right buttock, when in fact it was my left one as lovely as she, she struggled with the language

Thankfully , t’s been a very long time since I’ve visited the surgery . I wasn’t aware of the new online booking service but after calling the practice and having it explained to me I was able to get an appointment within days . I was seen by a very nice new (to me) doctor who was very friendly and helpful . The health query I had was dealt with well by himself and also by his colleague whom he called in to confirm his diagnosis . Both were very reassuring and I left the surgery with peace of mind and a prescription to treat my ailment . Great service , highly recommended.

All doctors, receptionist's and staff are helpful kind and very understanding. Lots of changes with the way we can get help, appointments etc have worked well for us both. We were worried about technology but there is always help if you ring in. Thank you to you all
