   I took a phone call from you today and the person I was speaking to was very inpolit and she was was telling me that I got an email from you when I said I never received it she said I can assure you that you did get one I should now what I got and didn't get and then she tells me not to shout I found this upset if that's how you Your staff talk to people then I dont want anything else to do with you
