My partner tore his meniscus and from the moment we were referred to North Downs the service has been exceptional. From the prompt appointments to the welcoming staff we could no have been happier with the service. On operation day the staff were all warm and welcoming, they couldn't do anything more for us. The anaesthetist really put my partner at ease before the surgery, the surgeon has been constantly supportive and explained everything before it happened, the nurses were lovely and happy. Just all in all the hospital and staff deserve a huge respect and round of applause. Thank you.

All staff members were friendly; including reception and hospitality members, who were very entertaining! The nurses specifically listened to my concerns, and offered great reassurance before I underwent the treatment. The medical staff were excellent in explaining my procedure and possible outcomes. I felt that my treatment and stay at North Downs Hospital was important to the medical staff.

Really professional care from each and every member of staff who I came in contact with from the consultant, sonographer day surgery nurses, and theatre nurses. Well done I could mention each and everyone of you,but this is not allowed.

I recently had cataract surgery at North Downs Hospital. The staff were fantastic, nurses, consultant and theatre team, they were all so friendly, helpful and caring. I was made to feel at ease and would like to thank everyone for their professionalism and kindness. I would definitely recommend this hospital.

I feel very fortunate to be able to access NHS at North Downs Hospital. Every time I have been in as either a day case or for an outpatients appointment I have been treated with care and consideration. All the staff are wonderful and I felt I knew what was happening at all times. The hospital is clean and professionally run and I would be happy to go back if I ever needed to again in the future.

I was treated with courtesy, care and respect at every stage of my treatment. I was kept informed throughout and given the opportunity to ask questions. The staff were wonderful.

I don't know if the NHS should have referred me here. The doctor didn't help me and suggested that I should just live with pain and other problems I have. Unfortunately I left feeling pretty hopeless about my problems and that they just didn't want to do anything.

Well looked after by very caring and efficient staff and the procedure was carried out very well and i knew exactly what was going on

I was admitted to North Dows hospital for one night through the NHS to have an operation on my right foot, I was looked after from the moment I arrived with a room to myself that was perfect for my needs. I was checked on regularly as I had to stay the night and given regular medication as I needed it. The food here was also wonderful leaving me full afterwards, I would highly recommended this hospital and it’s staff to anyone that wants perfect peace of mind.
