    I was referred to the Centre by my Doctor suffering from Osteoarthritis which was causing severe pain. The Doctor's letter stated an appointment was urgent. I was given a telephone appointment however that was cancelled at 90 minutes notice and an appointment forced on me at the end of May. Clearly Urgent has different meaning for the staff at this centre.

    I have always found the diagnostic centre gives a good service. However, on trying to cancel an appointment with them I found the phones to either be picked up and then replaced with nobody speaking, or the phone was never answered. I am aware that appointments are increasingly difficult to obtain and therefore upset that I cannot cancel this appointment which could be given to another in need of one.

    Reception staff are friendly and efficient. Appointment was on time. MRI staff excellent and put me at ease. I was referred by the brilliant Physio team who I cannot fault. In addition the telephone booking staff are always helpful.

    tried the phone number advertised but which ever option still no one bothers to answer, I know the poor doctors have to great lengths to call one back but this service is ridiculous

    I was asked on my admission questionnaire to contact the Centre regarding pertain information concerning previous operations. For three days no one would answer the phone. When I mentioned this on arrival for my appointment, I was told your switchboard staff are too busy to answer. This is highly unsatisfactory and very impolite
