Visited the park hospital today for an outpatients app all the staff where very caring and just the perfect balance of professional but friendly. Very knowledgeable and understanding I left feeling well looked after couldn't ask for more

I went in for surgery on my veins , can’t recommend enough, I felt safe and well looked after and the staff are incredible

From the initial meeting with the consultant I felt that I was in good ,capable hands. The pre op meetings were very informative and reassuring. The whole time that I was in the hospital I felt that I was receiving the best treatment. All the staff were helpful and good natured. Nothing was too much trouble and I was made very comfortable. The follow up Physiotherapy has been excellent. The first group session with the physio and her assistant was very reassuring and motivational. Overall couldn't have had better care.

The Park Hospital is an exemplary examples the very highest standards of expertise and customer service. Every member of staff, across the hospital, provides an outstanding level of care. Communication is first class; quick, responsive , clear, accessible and with a clear focus on the needs of patient and their family. I fully recommend the hospital and can’t thank them enough.

I came to an outpatient appointment and most of the nurses and assistants were friendly and professional, except for one that had long painted nails on and was standing going through her phone in front of patients. Very unprofessional. Other than that I had a good experience and everybody else provided good care.

Just had a full knee replacement at the park hospital. From the moment I arrived all the staff that dealt with me were nothing short of superb. A warm and friendly attitude from everyone I spoke to. Made me feel at ease and able to ask advice or help from anyone came in contact with. From cleaners to health assistants to physio and doctors no one fell short of what I expected and in fact were well above that. Many thanks all of you for making my stay and recovery so much more pleasant and comfortable.

Wow! We have had a very difficult time with a haematology related illness. The staff at The Park Hospital could not have been more helpful. We were seen at very short notice by an incredibly compassionate, approachable, professional and efficient consultant. His personal assistant was wonderful. She listened to what we needed and really went the extra mile for us. She tried her absolute best to make the experience as painless and organised as possible. She was also incredibly empathetic. We could not have asked for better service. Thank you so very much for your care and support.

Delighted and so happy with my treatment at the Park Hospital. Everyone explained in great detail about the procedure I was having. The Gastroenterologist came to see me prior to going to theatre and really put my mind at rest. All theatre staff were amazing my only regret is not being able to thank my surgeon after as I only woke in recovery. So a big thank you to all theatre staff. I left the Park Hospital with one Huge smile on my face feeling so so well looked after. One happy patient 5*all the way

I received first class treatment and after care during and following my knee replacement. The use of exercise programs on your mobile device and personal support by the physiotherapy staff helped to achieve a quick and effective recovery.

Just had a knee replacement done everyone who cared for me were excellent. A big thank you to all the doctors nurses health assistants and physios who have helped me recover. The Park Hospital is superb everyone is so friendly would love to come back for my other knee replacement. Thanks so much for making me feel so comfortable and welcome.
