I came in to have a prodecure today .i was nervous and scared but everyone made me feel comfortable and calm. Nurses were kind.the consultant was very clear and explained everything to me.i had a very good experience here today.thank you

Nurses, consultants, anaesthetists, physios, porters, kitchen staff and every staff member was brilliant. Professional, friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend to anyone.

An amazing experience which I have never been through before at a hospital. The nurses were so attentive and caring. They couldn't have done enough to make me feel comfortable and very much at ease during the short stay. Thank you, very impressive!

Every single person I came into contact with was so helpful and caring. Doctors, nurses, physio, food services, every single person was amazing. Every person took so much pride in there job it really was an amazing experience. You don’t see that as much these days in normal life, everyone is rushing around but everyone at this hospital took the time to stop and find the best way to help.

I have already left a review, but forgot to mention the porters who gave me a smooth journey from thestres to my beautiful clean room and also the selection of food was varied , and the sandwich I was bought was freshly mafe in the hospital kitchen and delicious .. .

From entering to leaving 6 hours later, I could not fault anything. The receptionists, all of nursing team, theatre staff and domestics. The care I received was exceptional very professional yet friendly and approachable.

My mum had a knee replacement operation at the Bishops Wood hospital in March 2023. I’m writing on her behalf as she doesn’t speak English. My mother was amazed with all aspect while staying at the hospital - the professionalism of all employees, their kindness and patience, understanding and care. Thank you very much to you all!

Total Hip replacement: Excellent Orthopaedic Surgeon - highly experienced, competent, helpful and pleasant. Staff in the hospital (as an In Patient and Out Patient) were very helpful, kind and friendly. Based on this, my own experience, I have no hesitation in recommending this Consultant and Hospital service to others.

My Consultation was excellent. The Consultant explained to me the result of the X-ray that had been taken of my shoulder, and in a very kind and reassuring way told me how it could be treated. I would like to thank him for his time, care and the subsequent treatment.
