First class experience. Every step of the way communication from all was amazing. Staff were super attentive and friendly. Constant attention and care. Couldn’t fault the professionalism. Thanks so much. Made my 24 hours in Gatwick Park very pleasurable.

Had a right hip replacement on September 14th 2022. Everything was superb, from the accommodation to the surgical team to the physiotherapist to the nursing staff to the caterers! They made what is essentially an unpleasant experience into something (almost!) enjoyable. A huge thank you to everyone.

The care I received was very good - all the staff were attentive & considerate and put me at ease; the procedure was explained to me and carried out as planned; the facilities were excellent.
