Sitting in a chair for hours on end without being able to connect to the net is very frustrating. One can connect via mobile, but that is not good enough. Patients should be warned so that they can make other plans of it is intentional that there is no WiFi

Unfortunately, following the installation of an upgraded system, the team have identified some areas where the quality of connection is non-optimal. Post operative physio was cancelled repeatedly. They have no contingency for staff absence and useless telephone advice!
