After a series of very impressive visits regarding my leg ulcers with I’ve been transferred to a practise nurse regarding my compression socks. On the 1st visit i didn’t realise they stretch a little and due to my rugby/army calves they became too long and were rubbing behind me knee. As I have to wear them daily this wasn’t great. I messaged the practise and got to see her again who was Brilliant!! Nothing was too much trouble and re measured me and she’s got great product knowledge. A great service all around of which I’m very grateful.

Today I had a procedure carried out by a specialist nurse - I wish I could mention her by name as she did a great job in carrying out a procedure that's no fun for anyone 😂.

Got an appointment for the next day. Was in the surgery for about 10mins, no waiting around, very efficient.

I just wanted to say how brilliant the nurse was today taking my blood, she was efficient, it was painless and she is a credit to the practice.

Very satisfied with level of care at the practice, from reception , to receiving triage calls to being directed to the appropriate personnel to be seen by.

Two appointments eg other side of weekend blood test and follow up Initial online question followed up by call back - system seems to work well in this instance

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The online consultation system is working very well for the practice and our patients. It is a very effective way of accessing the surgery for non-urgent problems or for admin queries. This ensures that the phone line is then more accessible for urgent appointments and enquiries.

I have been seen by a Doctor over the past 2 weeks who has been knowledgable, kind & courteous. I think that he would be an asset to the Medical staff

Recently joined Peel Practice and today had a telephone conversation with the clinical pharmacist, who was able to answer all my questions in a very caring and knowledgeable way. Previous surgery did not have this facility which is a real asset to this practice.
