I have a couple of times to go to the gp The receptionist over there’s really bad/have no idea what they are doing,they lost my paperwork twice,bad behaviour keep saying to me to have a sit and she will get back to me,waiting for more than 25 minutes goes back and just say to me she doesn’t have time for me because other people are waiting I asked to see a manager/supervisor and the answer was:is not here

Every time I am not feeling well and try to book an appointment is impossible, after waiting on phone for more than 45 minutes all they can say is no available appointments. I've been having high blood pressure and bad headache for the last month so phoned for appointment but they only have available end of January so I went to the surgery at opening time this morning. They booked me for a phone call today. This is unacceptable and unbelievable, I'm a worker and paying so many tax and you are forbidding me to see a doctor when I need it.

Today I attended the surgery to make an urgent appointment to see a Doctor, however the receptionist decided to ignore my instruction and booked a nurse practitioner. Now I know that there are things a NP can do ok but there are things they cannot do. It is Not for a receptionist to refuse to make a Doctors appointment or make that decision they are Not qualified to determine who sees who. This surgery needs to be reviewed and placed back into special measures

The Clinical Lead at the Mandeville Surgery went above and beyond to help me with my ongoing problem, and suggested all the necessary tests to get to the root cause of my problem..Can't thank the surgery and the amazing Clinical Lead..Will surely recommend them to my friends and family.

Very impressed with the courtesy and respect I have received from the receptionist. He was very helpful in dealing with a problem that I had and seems to have gone above and beyond to sort it out as well respecting my privacy and dignity. He is compassionate, caring, professional with high level of organisation skills. Great service. Really impressed ! I hope he gets promotion, he really deserves it. Very impressed with his manager as well. Sorting out matters straight away with kindness and smile on her face . Thanks to the kind nurse as well providing excellent care . Left the surgery happy.

I held on for over 20 minutes then when i asked my query i was put on hold again! Wanted a home visit to my 89 year old mother who is unable to walk and suffers dementia. The surgery said she cant have a home visit as she is not house bound! Maybe no legs at all is required? Absolutely terrible surgery.

For the last 6 weeks since the GP sent Larry to hospital, we have had nothing but excellent support and service from everyone at , receptionists , nurses , Pharmacist team and the GP. Having never had to use service in this indepth way , as Larry never been ill before we needed to set up new medications and tests. We are both very impressed and grateful. Thank you all so much .

Best family doctor ever. We are treated like family. Amazing staff, they do anything and everything to help you and get you the best care. We love this doctor and office staff!!!

My Dr is extremely professional, she takes time to listen and explains very well.She is very kind and patient. I am very grateful for her. A first rate professional experience. Completely satisfied with my Dr and all the support staff at the practice. Truley recommend !!
