    Telephoned for an appointment on both Thursday and A Friday ! No appointments ,so managed to get an appointment for the following Tuesday ! so I requsted to see the Nurse,regarding women’s matters.i turned up for my appointment and waited over an hour to be seen,I then realised that i was seeing the doctor!!! I Explain to the doctor my concerns ,expecting the doctor to examine me or ask me to do a urine sample,No! Nothing? ! I asked the doctor why I wasn’t being examined and the reply was ,I’m not sure,regarding your concern!!!! Really ! You’re a doctor!!! As I was leaving I spoke to another member of staff,I explained to this member of staff my concerns,that member of staff shook her head in disbelief? So let’s get an another appointment, after waiting in there for nearly 2 hours,I’m then told we don’t have any appointments for another 5 days !!! Absolutely shocking service!

    Both my warfarin nurses are brilliant. However they all keep leaving! Another last month. It would appear that the management haven't got a clue what they are doing. I have been making regular visits for 6 years and it has declined during this time. Judging by the reviews, it can only point to bad & incompetent management.

    Dear Neil, Thank you for your feedback and your comments regarding the nurse, we are recruiting new staff. Staff are having training on call recalls and i would like to apologise if this was not kept up to date -we will take back your comments /concerns and have this as a learning.     I left feed back to say that with only 2 people in front of me I was in a queue for one and half hrs. In the reply it says no one is in a queue longer than 15 mins. I took a screenshot of the call I made and showing I was in a queue for one and a half hrs. There was no message giving me an option to get a call back.

    Dear Patient, Thank you once again for your comments, it will be very interesting to see the screen shot it will help us to provide your evidence to our telephone service provider that you had to wait one and half hour to better our service Our instructions are that there must be only 10 calls waiting in queue. - We have also instructed our Telephone phone provider, phone calls must not last for more than 15 mins. You must follow all the options for a call back. It is specially setup for patients who are unable to wait. If you email the practice with your phone number, I’m happy to give you a call to discuss your concerns further. Regards Cheam GP Centre

    Always a nightmare to actually get through. For an appointment I actually rang over 100 times just to get through to the surgery and then was on hold before even speaking to anyone. Today I needed to call to see if a referral had been sent to the hospital under the 2 week rule. I was number 2 in the queue and held on for one and a half hrs before hanging up with out actually speaking to some one. Surely it didn’t take that long to actually only speak to 2 other patients. It comes to something when I need to actually take a day of work just to be able to call the doctors!!

    Dear Patient, I sorry to know that you found it difficult to get through our lines however from our new telephone system we are able to get details of all calls that are made to the surgery this monitored by the TL the system does not allow to wait for more than 15 mins in queue as we have a call back facility at the end of the recording one of our colleague will call back if you opt for the option of call back. If you have not tried please do so as most of our other patients have tried this facility and are happy with the service Regards

    Spent 2hrs ringing surgery twice on different occasions to be left hanging on line rung same number using house phone got through in 20 minutes spoke to doctor got no help asked for a certificate doctor obviously hadn't read notes from hospital wrote something completely different on certificate doctor rung me for phoned appointment it rung once then cut off doctor never tried again rang again on phone for 1hr service is awful avoid used to be great surgery sad

    Dear Patient Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you felt that the service was not up-to your expectation from the Dr. We will take learning from your feedback and make changes and improvement accordingly .The telephone service has since improved as we have made several changes - the waiting time has reduced - there's a call back facility so you would not have to wait for more than 15 -20 mins on the call waiting You may also use our online service for getting appointment or for any other request you will not need to wait to get through the care navigator.

    They couldn't register me for 6 weeks with a gp. I really needed to see a doctor but they kept saying that we register you in a few day. But it still didn't happen.

    All staff and Dr we seen was amazing! Got my little girls temp and heart rate down and gave up medication. They made us feel at ease and I can’t thank them enuf. Saved me hours of waiting at a&e as that is what I would have needed to do if they had not have been there to help. I can not thank the dr and staff enuf.

    Went to see doctors could not get through on the phone. Very ill. Took a urine sample prescribed antibiotics asked for another sample given on the 11th. Not heard anything since was taken into hospital treated booked in for an operation released on 14tth all details sent to this surgery waiting for a call still nothing. Today's the 18th nothing at all could have lost my life in the meantime except fo the great hospital treatment. No faith at all in this practice if I could would move but under the hospital.     I have had many good experiences at this surgery but this morning I felt totally shocked with the doctors attitude. He made me feel as though I was wasting his time and said I should have made multiple appointments even though the issues were all to do with the same foot. These problems I have had for a long time and have avoided going to a GP but I felt they may get worse and eventually got round to making an appointment. After this experience, I wish I had not bothered as I felt highly stressed and disappointed when I left the surgery. Experiences like this is possibly a reason some people avoid going to the doctors. It was not as though the issues were time consuming as I was only in there for around 6 minutes and all he did is rush me.

    Dear Patient Thank you for sharing your experience. We would like to apologise, that you felt the doctor did not take the appropriate time to deal with your issue. Please note, that all complaints are taken seriously as we have outcome and learning from the feedback when complaints are raised about our practice. Due to extraordinary demand, there is often domino effect of running clinics late, as a result it causes delay for patient and clinicians. The appointment are restricted to one appointment for one issue however 99% of the time most clinicians will try and accommodate several other issues but will not be always the case. I would like to apologise if that was not made clear however you could pursue your appointment on a different day by either booking at the reception counter, e-consult or through phone call. I hope your thoughts may change by participating in knowing the pros and cons of the surgery through our PPG meetings whenever they are held by the members Kindest Regards Cheam GP Centre

    Dr prem every visit no matter what issue is kind caring and he listen to you and then he will check every thing bloods issues and physical and mental health he treat you holistically real asset to this health centre .
