Today I spoke with the practise pharmacist about a query I had about my medication and practise procedures. He was incredibly clear and precise about the issues, not only addressing them but also resolving them. The time and patience shown was appreciated and left me feeling that all issues had been addressed and that improvements in service would be addressed. I was left feeling that this was a good practise and a good team. Mike

Visited the surgery today and I felt listened to and helped, everyone from the receptionist to the Doctor was very welcoming and the atmosphere was very calm. It really makes a difference when you feel heard and helped with kindness

I visited Crown Dale today since it reopening, I cannot believe how the surgery has changed immensely, polite staff, caring nurse, caring doctor that listened. The receptionist was really polite. I do hope it stays this way.

Good choice of outpatient specialist GP for well being, Equality diversity inclusive and freedom of faith minded and inclusive of all citizens including EU and globally. Nursing and front desk highly professional as is individualistic GP service user centred choices and uphold confidentiality and privacy. Grazie

I had an issue and spoke to a GP I do not think he fully understood my issue. My mum who was with me spoke with a receptionist who was able to further explain the issue to the doctor as due to what o was experiencing I could not vocalise the urgency for treatment. The receptionist was able to get further investigation work organised. I and my mum are grateful

I came to pick up a form today. On the doors etc are posters stating masks must be worn. I placed a mask on and entered. Of the 5 people in the queue, the 6 people seated and the two members of staff. I was the only person wearing a mask. Why have posters up if this is not the case for staff and patients?

Receptionists did not returned my call despite promising to do so ,after speaking to a G.P. Having spending 13 hours in A.E on 1st June, I wanted a repeat prescription for antibiotic, which I had run out of- the doctor at Kings advise me to continue taking -, and one for stronger analgesic as I am in pain. The receptionist who is not a doctor advice me to ring 111. you can not refer everyone to 111 and A.E .What are G.P practices for .Being a qualify nurse with 36hrs experience, I only wanted a prescription, not a medical advise from a receptionist, who couldn't be bothered to returned my call.
