This morning I called the GP for an appointment, I was 24 in the queue, I was pleased as I didn’t have to wait too long and was very happy to receive an appointment. The GP called me within the hour and I was able to collect a referral letter and make the relevant next appointment for within the next 10 days. I would like to say a huge thanks to such good and quick service and would also add that had it been necessary for. Face to face this option was available. Many thanks

The service of this GP have been degrading over the past year special after the pandemic. Difficult to contact the GP. When call there's an automatic voice message saying they are experiencing high volume of calls when actually there's not the case and the staff simply does not answer the call. This was tested with myself calling the GP phone and me being inside the GP and see the staff talking between themselves and not picking up the phone. A prescription takes long or for instance a week and half the be sent to local Pharmacy. Mistakes when a prescription is issued and sent to pharmacy, containing insufficient dose of the medication. When finally managed to talk to receptionist and asked about prescription that haven't been sent to pharmacy, often they promise to send same day but 9 out of 10 they don't do what they promised. When contacted the local pharmacy for information about the prescription the pharmacy themselves expressed the difficulty in contacting the GP. The receptionist are rude either on the phone or in person; does not allow the patient to express their concerns in some occasions. Overall poor and disappointing GP. I think this behaviour does not goes to the needs of the community since there's a lot of people frustrated with this GP and already moving to another GP.

I am surprised at reviews. I have genuinely been listened to and appropriate treatments have been set and put into place. I could not be happier with the way I have been treated. After years of suffering pain and not being listened to at my previous GP. I would recommend ..

Reception staff do not care and not polite to customers at all. Doctors are good once you have an appoinment. Recetion staff should be given training of phone manners.

A great team of both doctors and receptionist doctors show care and give you time to explain what is wrong The receptionist all are very helpful
