   The gentleman at the reception desk is very helpful, kind and efficient. He was able to sort my 'Patient Access' straight away without any fuss. I am very thankful for his help.

   Various issues in general. Focusing on last appointment experience, half an hour after my scheduled appointment I had still not been seen by anyone. Had to leave because I was going to be late for my other appointment. Not acceptable especially as this was for a test which is long overdue.
