    I’ve tried 17 times to get through the automated telephone lines to try & get an appointment. Every option just cuts you off. I was told that the only way to actually get an appointment is to turn up there. It’s highly frustrating to have this impossible system set up where no one answers calls, yet there seems to be 4 people doing admin there.

    Very nice reassuring doctor listened to me said will refer me as soon as possible to the necessary unit talked me through a few things

    Quick appointment In-person as symptoms required it. Lovely doctor. Took enough time. Listened well. Explained what he thought and gave good advice/treatment.

    Lovely doctor at my evening appointment. Very useful to have appointments in evening and also on a Saturday. Practise is really hard to get through to on the phone, but once able to speak to someone, it runs smoothly.

We do try our very best to answer the calls as quickly as possible but sometimes its difficult due to the nature of the call the reception team are dealing with

    I was given an appointment immediately for a non urgent case. The appointment was at 19:00 and the service was excellent. However I would advertise more about how to get a routine appointment. I was not aware that I could call after 0900 to get an non urgent appointment

    I recently moved & joined this gp, appear uncontactable by any means phone, EConsult or nhs app. My last gp waa under special measures from cqc / really busy, but service was contactable. I ended up having to go to urgent care when sick recently after days of trying. I have no idea how I might ever get a routine appt. Am thinking I may need to try registering with another gp as it feels like I don’t have one.

    Booking was relatively easy and I was able to be seen in an extended evening session. A few minutes to wait but everything was like clockwork.

    The front of reception was unhelpful and quite rude and it seemed that she didn’t want to be there her behavior wasn’t what the NHS needs
